Counselling is a way of exploring and expressing our inner self, of being truly heard without fear of judgement in a safe and trusting environment. Women seek counselling for many different reasons, it can be that they feel overwhelmed with their life, are dealing with a difficult relationship, struggling with anxiety or simply that they need someone to talk to. I am a person-centred counsellor specialising in sexual violence, abuse, trauma, health issues, menopause, depression, anxiety, body image, addiction and self-esteem issues.

Mind Body Soul Balance
Feeling frazzled, overwhelmed, tired, irritable? These are all too often words used by women to describe their day to day experience. Regaining our balance will have a positive effect on our mental, physical and spiritual health and can be woven into Counselling and Wellness Coaching. Using a variety of elements, which can include Nutritional Therapy, Meditation and Breathing Techniques to achieve an eclectic, holistic balance for mind, body and soul.
